The information provided by Tour To Dreams on our website, digital itineraries, promotional materials, and communication channels is for general informational and booking guidance only. By browsing our website and booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below:

Accuracy & Pricing While we make every effort to keep all package itineraries, pricing, hotel details, inclusions, and travel schedules accurate and up to date, prices and operational details are subject to change without prior notice due to seasonal fluctuations, hotel tariff revisions, fuel price adjustments, and dynamic supplier availability. A booking is only deemed confirmed upon the receipt of the specified advance deposit and issuance of our formal confirmation receipt.

Itinerary Modifications & Force Majeure Travel in high-altitude, remote, and mountainous terrains (such as Ladakh, Spiti, Zanskar, and the Uttarakhand Himalayas) is subject to unpredictable mountain conditions. Tour To Dreams reserves the right to alter, modify, or reroute itineraries, stays, or transportation schedules at any point for passenger safety or due to:

  • Adverse weather conditions, heavy snowfall, and avalanches

  • Landslides, roadblocks, and road construction

  • Natural disasters and calamities

  • Vehicle breakdowns or mechanical failure

  • Flight or train delays and cancellations

  • Government restrictions, border closures, political unrest, or strikes

Any additional financial expenses arising from such unforeseen events—including extended hotel accommodation, additional vehicle usage, extra meals, or medical evacuations—are the sole responsibility of the traveler.

Third-Party Services & Limitation of Liability Tour To Dreams collaborates with independent third-party vendors, including hotels, homestays, transport operators, campsite managers, airlines, railway networks, and local tour leaders. While we handpick our partners to deliver top-quality experiences, we do not own or directly operate these third-party services and cannot be held liable for:

  • Personal injury, illness, physical distress, or Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS)

  • Loss, theft, or damage of personal luggage, gadgets, or belongings

  • Deficiencies, delays, or service shortcomings caused by third-party suppliers

  • Accidents or injuries resulting from voluntary participation in adventure activities (including motorcycling, trekking, paragliding, river rafting, and ropeways)

Traveler Responsibility & Fitness High-altitude treks and motorcycle expeditions involve physical endurance and health risks. Travelers are responsible for assessing their personal fitness, consulting medical professionals before traveling, and carrying necessary prescribed medications. It is the traveler’s duty to carry valid, original government identification (and driving licenses for bike expeditions) and adhere to local environmental rules, cultural decorum, and instructions given by the Road Captain or Trip Coordinator.

Travel Insurance We strongly advise all travelers to obtain comprehensive personal travel and medical insurance that covers high-altitude travel, emergency evacuations, baggage loss, and unexpected trip cancellations.
