These Terms and Conditions govern the booking, purchase, and participation in travel packages, tours, and related services provided by our company. By reserving a tour, completing a payment, or utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Booking & Payment Policy

• Reservation Deposit: A non-refundable advance booking deposit is required to confirm and secure any seat or travel package.

• Payment Completion: The remaining balance of the tour cost must be cleared in full before the specified pre-departure deadline. Failure to pay the complete amount on time may result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation with forfeiture of the initial deposit.

• Booking Confirmation: Bookings are deemed confirmed only upon the issuance of our formal booking confirmation receipt and receipt of the requisite payment.

2. Documentation & Identification

• Valid Identification: Every traveler must carry original, valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Passport, Voter ID, or Driver’s License) during travel for check-ins, transit, and security checkpoints.

• Permits & Minor Documentation: For routes or regions requiring specific permits or border verifications, travelers must supply requested identification proofs in advance. Minors traveling must carry valid proof of age or identity as required by local authorities.

• Driving Credentials: For self-drive or motorcycle expeditions, participants must possess a valid, original permanent driving license.

3. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

• Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through our official communication channels.

• Standard Cancellation Charges: Cancellations are subject to tiered deductions based on the notice period provided prior to departure, as detailed in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

• Non-Refundable Elements: Advance tokens, flight/rail bookings, specialized vehicle blocks, and government permit fees are strictly non-refundable once committed.

• Unused Services: No refunds, credits, or fee adjustments are provided for unused services, missed meals, uncompleted legs of a tour, or voluntary early departure.

4. Itinerary Alterations & Force Majeure

• Route Adjustments: The company reserves the right to alter, modify, or reschedule travel routes, accommodation, or sight visits due to adverse weather, roadblocks, landslides, vehicle breakdowns, union strikes, administrative restrictions, or other unforeseen operational constraints.

• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays, losses, or itinerary changes arising from natural calamities, severe weather, flight/train cancellations, or political events beyond our direct control.

• Additional Expenses: Any additional accommodation, transportation, or meal expenses resulting from unforeseen logistical delays or natural hazards must be borne directly by the traveler.

5. Traveler Code of Conduct & Safety

• Discipline & Decorum: Travelers are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward fellow passengers, tour coordinators, and local communities. Any misconduct, harassment, or unlawful activity will result in immediate termination of the trip without refund.

• Substance Policy: The consumption of alcohol or prohibited substances during transit or high-risk adventure activities is strictly forbidden.

• Safety Adherence: Participants must strictly follow the instructions of designated trip leaders, road captains, and local guides, especially during trekking or high-altitude travel.

6. Health, Fitness & Inherent Risks

• Physical Fitness: High-altitude, trekking, and adventure tours involve physical exertion and risk (including Acute Mountain Sickness and unpredictable terrain). Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit before participating.

• Medical Expenses: All personal medical costs, consultations, prescription medicines, and emergency evacuation expenses are the sole responsibility of the participant.

• Travel Insurance: We strongly advise all travelers to obtain comprehensive travel, accidental, and medical insurance prior to commencing any tour.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Personal Belongings: Travelers are solely responsible for the safety of their luggage, electronic gadgets, and personal valuables throughout the tour. The company is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

• Third-Party Providers: The company coordinates with independent transport providers, hotels, campsites, and local activity operators. While we partner with reputable vendors, we do not directly operate these entities and assume no liability for third-party service deficiencies, personal injury, or property damage.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable local laws. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or related to these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in our registered business jurisdiction.
