Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: 16 August 2026

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing booking cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling for travel services provided by our company. By making a reservation or completing a payment, you agree to the conditions detailed below.

1. Cancellation & Refund Timeline

The applicable refund amount depends on when formal written notice of cancellation is received prior to the scheduled departure date:

Notice Period

Refund Policy & Charges

30 Days or More Before Departure

Eligible for a refund after deducting the initial non-refundable booking deposit and standard processing/administrative fees.

15 to 29 Days Before Departure

Partial refund granted; 50% of the total package cost is retained as cancellation charges.

7 to 14 Days Before Departure

Higher cancellation charges apply; 75% of the total package cost is retained as cancellation charges.

Less than 7 Days Before Departure

Non-refundable; 100% cancellation charges apply.

No-Show / Late Arrival / Midway Departure

No refund under any circumstances if a traveler fails to join the trip, arrives late, or leaves the tour midway.

2. General Booking & Payment Terms

  • Non-Refundable Booking Deposit: The advance booking token or registration fee required to secure a seat is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Third-Party & Non-Recoverable Services: Any specialized reservations—including confirmed flight tickets, train berths, government permits, wildlife entry passes, specialized vehicle rentals, or restricted hotel blocks—are subject to the terms of the respective third-party providers and may be completely non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date.

  • Rescheduling Requests:

    • Rescheduling requests submitted well in advance are subject to slot availability, tariff differences for new dates, and nominal administrative fees.

    • Rescheduling requests made within the immediate pre-departure window are treated as cancellations subject to the table above, requiring a new booking.

  • Force Majeure & Unforeseen Delays: No refunds, compensations, or reimbursements will be issued for itinerary adjustments, shortened trips, or missed sightseeing caused by events beyond our operational control, including natural calamities, extreme weather conditions, landslides, road closures, flight/train delays or cancellations, union strikes, or government-imposed travel restrictions.

3. Refund Processing

  • Mode of Refund: All eligible refunds will be credited back to the original bank account, card, or payment method used during the initial transaction.

  • Processing Timeframe: Approved refund amounts are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days following formal written confirmation of the cancellation.

  • Transfer Costs: Any banking, payment gateway, or transactional surcharges incurred during the refund transfer will be borne by the customer.

4. Cancellation Procedure

To cancel a booking, a written cancellation request must be submitted via email or official communication channels from the primary contact details provided at the time of reservation. Verbal or unverified requests will not be treated as formal notices of cancellation.
